Basic Plan- $500
4 week customized menu and 4 weeks of customized workouts ( 2 alternating weekly routines with 3 workouts per week)
Meal Planning/ Menu Making
Get a custom tailored weekly menu. I calculate your BMR and based on our goals create an easy to follow menu. I check in mid week to ensure you are happy with the food choices we agreed upon and by the end of the week I create a new menu with some new items. You’ll have the week-end to prepare and get the groceries done. We’ll weigh in on Sunday and start fresh on Monday.
I calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) based on your weight age and height determining your total daily caloric requirements.
I go over the foods you both enjoy and dislike, including treats and cheats.
Based on our goals, weight loss, gain or maintenance, I create a menu/meal plan suited to your needs, and lifestyle.
You follow each menu for a week at a time.
The menu is changed weekly for the period of 4 weeks
Clients are taught the importance weighing foods and how to do so.
Additional teaching can be provided for creating their own meal plans using the my fitness pal app.
Can add variety with 2 to 3 dinner options in the same week if required.

Body Transformations
Weight training and cardio programs tailored to your specific focuses and goals. The workout regimen is based on what accessibility to equipment you have and your availability to train. I provide regular check-ins to monitor progress and provide accountability towards achieving all of your goals.
